Statements, reports and emails
The statement of account
One calculation, used in three places: the creator’s page in your admin, the creator portal, and the statement email. The figure a creator reads is therefore the figure you are reading.
Per period it shows what was earned (net of reversals), gross sales, a count of ledger entries, a count of entries a carve out made ineligible, what has been paid, and what is still outstanding. A running balance goes oldest to newest, and its final value is the outstanding balance.
Money reaches a period three ways: payout batch lines marked paid, recorded payments allocated to the oldest unpaid periods first, and rows imported as already settled, which count as both earned and paid in their own period. No period ever shows a negative balance; a surplus is surfaced separately as unallocated credit.
The admin view lists the current year expanded and prior years collapsed with their totals.
Reports
The Reports page aggregates earnings across periods by creator, by agreement, by product or by rule, and exports as CSV. Where a store is linked to another, a store dimension breaks earnings down by the store the sale came from.

Approval alerts go to the Notification email set in Settings, falling back to the store owner’s address.
Cadence, and who controls it
The statement sweep runs against the previous calendar month. A creator’s own subscription decides whether they get one and how often: monthly, quarterly or annually, or switched off entirely, all set by the creator from the portal.
A creator can add CC addresses to their own statement. A guest they have shared read-only access with can subscribe themselves to reports, but only to their own address, and cannot add CC addresses or change the creator’s.
Each subscription is delivered at most once per period, guaranteed by a delivery record rather than by timing, so a sweep running every hour cannot double send. A send that fails is retried on the next sweep rather than being marked done.
Scheduled reports and statements need the Growth plan or higher.
Your name on the envelope
Statements, reports and payout notices go out under your store’s name, with your address as the reply-to, so a creator replying to a statement reaches you rather than us. Sign-in and email-change messages, which are about the portal account itself rather than about your deal, go out plainly from the app.
